James Miller joins Pragma Consulting

 

We’re delighted to announce the appointment of James Miller as Product Director.

In his new role James will focus on Pragma’s products and proposition, data and analytics capabilities, and client delivery. With 25 years of commercial and leadership experience, he holds specialist expertise across data and technology strategy, customer analytics, AI, location planning, target marketing, consumer research and the monetisation of new products.

James joins from data consultancy Carruthers & Jackson, having previously worked as a freelance chief data officer and held significant analytics and insight roles within the retail and real estate sectors, including with Dixons Retail and intu.

As Head of Data & Analytics at intu, James established the UK’s largest shopping centre owner’s data and insight capabilities, with a focus on consumer and tenant performance across its 17 high-profile destinations.
