In 2023 Pragma continued working with airports across the world, including Monterrey , Bristol , Pathos and Dublin, as well as major airports in India and USA. Our property team worked on a number of mixed use developments in Saudi Arabia, and Dubai.

In 2022 Pragma delivered several major projects for clients in Saudi Arabia, USA, India and Dubai, including new assets and airport terminals.

Pragma is purchased by Handley House, the parent company overseeing international design teams Benoy, Holmes Wood, and Uncommon Land.

Alex Avery became CEO of Pragma with the business focusing on travel retail and commercial property, both in the UK and globally, with a new London HQ in Piccadilly.
