We currently have openings in our London and New York offices, including positions for an analyst and consultant in New York, and senior analysts, an analyst and an intern in London.

Pragma’s team structure consists of Analysts through Consultants to Directors, with progression based on development of skills, knowledge and experience. Working together effectively, irrespective of level, is crucial to the successful outcome of projects, with project management responsibility and client contact increasing as you become more experienced. Pragma’s Board consists of the CEO and Managing Directors, who take the lead in defining company strategy and overseeing project work and client relationships.
The whole company gets together on a weekly basis to share ideas, learning and updates on projects, and we make sure to get out the office for socialising and other group activities on a regular basis too.
When you join Pragma, you will receive a bespoke induction, consisting of up to 30 separate sessions over the first 4-6 weeks. Alongside further training, your personal development is then underpinned by project-based learning and coaching, and the setting of development objectives undertaken in conjunction with your line manager. Our collaborative environment and team-based style of working means you’ll be supported every step of the way, with promotion coming when you are ready rather than according to a pre-determined timescale or set time in the year.
Formal training sessions take place on a regular basis, led by a senior colleague or an experienced professional trainer. We also encourage everyone to participate in external training courses, and attend conferences and seminars, with a dedicated personal budget in place for each team member.
