One of Pragma's specialisms is high footfall museums, galleries, and leisure venture.We were asked to advise on a new shop at Tate Modern.

What we did: 

Pragma worked with the Tate Modern team, advising on retail concepts and strategies and ensuring the shop focused on the retail needs of its visitors.

Result:
The shop's trading performance has exceeded all expectations and won Retail Week's award for ‘Retail Launch of the Year'
