Pragma were asked to conduct a retail review for The Tussauds Group including Warwick Castle, Madame Tussauds, Alton Towers, Thorpe Park and Chessington

  • Store effectiveness reviews
Result:
Following this review we advised on the retail strategy which included helping create the new Beanoland shop at Chessington - developing merchandise, store layout and working closely with designers to ensure the retail offer matched the customer profile.
