Store Effectiveness

Pragma's ‘ShopperLab' suite helps you to pinpoint what aspects of your shops are performing well, and where there is further room for improvement. ShopperLab often encompasses an element of primary customer research to gain a customer-centred perspective on store layout and ‘shopability'. We ally this to financial store performance metrics and a competitive store analysis to give you a holistic view.

However, we believe that we can improve any store estate's performance markedly by simply having the Pragma team visit and observe.

We have also worked with many retailers to help them ‘re-imagine' their store estate, so that they are fit for the future. These projects draw on our ‘Shop Transformer' tool, which often incorporates concept testing to help retailers paint a vivid picture of what the new store will be like.
