Task:

Pragma were asked to help P&O Cruises identify key opportunities for increasing on-board passenger spend.

What we did:
We conducted an extensive research and data mining/analysis programme.

Results:
Pragma identified short and long term solutions to increase passenger spend. Following strategic recommendations, Pragma were asked to advise P&O on their implementation programme.
