T J Hughes wished to understand the customer profile and usage of the stores in order to inform range development, marketing, and store concept investment decisions.

What we did:

  • Undertook a major survey of customers, including focus groups and exit interviews
  • Identified key revenue drivers and evaluated stores against these
  • Highlighted key areas for improvement in store performance
Result:
T J Hughes incorporated our findings in their store development and expansion programme.
