Pragma assess the market opportunity for TH!NK UK electric car in the UK

TH!NK UK

Task:
Two stage project to assess the potential opportunity for expansion of the TH!NK City electric car into the UK market as well as the "go to market" strategy.


What we did:

• Assess the market opportunity within the London / Greater London area
• Undertake online concept and price evaluation survey amongst target market respondents to assess levels of demand
• In-depth interviews with potential buyers (from online survey), electric car owners, High Net Worth Individuals
• Develop demand model for a range of pricing scenarios
• Identify emerging directions for proposition, brand strategy and marketing approaches

Result:
The research showed a very favourable attitude towards The TH!NK City amongst the likely target customers. The TH!NK City will be ready to launch in the UK in the near future
