Developing the In-Resort Customer Experience

Task:
To identify how the in-resort customer experience can be improved and spending levels increased

What we did:
  • Conduct qualitative and quantatitive research with First Choice customers
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with First Choice customers at the resorts
  • Map the customer experience

Result:
We were able to identify a number of ways for First Choice to make an immediate impact and increase revenues at the resorts.

We have also undertaken a number of other high level strategic projects for First Choice, focussing on new strategic growth initiatives in the holiday sector.
