What we did:
- Conduct qualitative and quantatitive research with First Choice customers
- Conduct in-depth interviews with First Choice customers at the resorts
- Map the customer experience
Result:
We were able to identify a number of ways for First Choice to make an immediate impact and increase revenues at the resorts.
We have also undertaken a number of other high level strategic projects for First Choice, focussing on new strategic growth initiatives in the holiday sector.
