  • Understand demographics and socio-economics of key locations
  • Explore and test concept with potential consumers
  • Identify key characteristics of potential target group
  • Highlight any areas of threat or opportunity
Result:
BrightHouse accepted all of Pragma’s recommendations concerning this strategy, including significant requirements to change the offer in response to consumer insight.
