Pragma worked with the management team of A|wear to understand their businesses in the Republic of Ireland and UK. Pragma identified the customer profile of visitors, understood in-store behaviour, assessed the competitive market for AIwear and highlighted the opportunities for the brand going forward.

What we did:
Exit interviews with visitors to stores in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Result:
Our findings have been incorporated into the A|wear strategic development plan. Pragma delivered the result in a workshop with senior management presenting short term implementable and long term strategic recommendations.
