Pragma provide strategy for improvement at the London Eye

Task:

Pragma conducted a review of current retailing at the London Eye and produced a strategy for improvement.

What we did:
Understanding customer requirements, space analysis, and operational issues are key issues for the attraction. Pragma  developed a 3-tier product range for customer groups.

Result:
We producted recommendations for store layout, merchandise range plan and design guidelines and a new shop was subsequently opened.
