Kwik-Fit Case Study

Assessment informs new Kwik-Fit TV ad campaign

Task:

To assess and advise on Kwik-Fit’s market and brand proposition.

What we did:
  • Management interviews as part of due diligence
  • Major telephone survey of Kwik-Fit customers
  • Focus groups of customers/non customers
  • Mystery shopping – Kwik-Fit centres & competitors
  • Internal workshops/agency briefs and presentations
Result:   
  • Kwik-Fit has re-established the brand by new TV campaigns
  • The number of centres has been rationalised
  • A new brand concept design is being introduced and results pilot-tested and researched
