Task:
First Leisure is the market leader in late night entertainment with 36 night clubs and Pragma were asked to review their night clubs in terms of customer choice and spend.

What we did:
  • Market and trading analysis
  • Secondary spend assessment
  • Customer and non-customer qualitative and quantitative research
Result:
We were able to help First Leisure understand what motivates choice of night club and identify a number of opportunities for brand and concept development.
