Brand Optimisation

Faith Shoes

Brand re-definition results in above market average trading

Client:

Faith Shoes

Reporting level:
Chief Exec / PE Owners (Bridgepoint)

Task:
Review customers, stores and trading to make recommendations for product ranging in the light of severe price deflation in the women's footwear market.

What we did:
  • Market and trading analysis
  • Staff workshops
  • Customer and non-customer qualitative and quantitative research
Result:
Our recommendations re-defined the customer proposition and brand, and set out a clearly segmented range plan by product/customer type. This has been adopted and the store as a result is continuing to trade above market averages.

Whilst owning over 2500 railway stations, Network Rail only manages 18 of these stations (including Birmingham New Street, Gatwick, Manchester Piccadilly, Paddington and Waterloo).

The other stations are managed by the various train operating companies (TOCs).
