Post-Acquistion Strategy

Pragma works with clients following the sale process in a number of different ways to improve businesses going forward and to maximise the return on investment.

The commercial due diligence undertaken by Pragma typically highlights key areas which have the potential to develop in the future. Often we continue working with the clients and help them develop implementable strategies which improve the performance and ensure the profitability of the business.

Pragma works with a variety of clients during the post-acquisition process. These include acquirers, funders and management (MBO / MBI). To date we have worked in a number of sectors such as fashion, discount retailing and automotive services.

Typical strategies which Pragma will develop include:

• 100 Day Planning / Quick Wins
• Product Strategy
• Distribution / Channel Strategy
• Organizational Review / Improvement
• Marketing / Communications
• Cost Savings / Staff Optimisation
