  • Retail channel roll out assessment

Result:

We provided detailed insight into the Fly53 market and competitive environment and gave detailed insights into the key success factors of Fly53 and the potential for the brand to grow further.

Working alongside the Financial Due Diligence providers we also provided Key Capital Partners with an understanding of the financial impact of the proposed business model scenarios.
