To provide Customer Due Diligence in support of Graphite Capital's Buy-in/Buy-out.

What we did:
  • Conducted 200 exit interviews with Lasercare patients
  • In-depth analysis of Lasercare customer base to understand their core customer
  • Pragma also visited the clinics and conducted management interviews
Result:
The Buy-in/Buy-out was successful.
