  • Conducted some 500 customer exit surveys across a sample of 8 Pets at Home stores in a 3 week period
  • Identified the core buying motivations, shopping dynamics, customer profiles, catchment parameters
  • Advised on the potential to grow the business

Bridgepoint became preferred bidders and were successful backers of the MBO team. Bid Value: £230m.
