In May 2009 Pragma was asked by LDC to review user profiles and listening behaviour for BMRB
What we did:
Pragma undertook commercial due diligence consisting of:
- a very rapid research programme to understand BRMB's target audience
- analysis of what drives listening behaviour
- analysis of the drivers behind historic audience participation decline
- assessment of the importance and value of ‘localness'
- advice on how to recover lost listeners.
Result:
LDC supported the management buy out of eight Midlands Radio licences from Global Radio, including BMRB.
