Using our expertise and specialist knowledge we were able to provide LGV Capital with robust market sizes and forecasts for outdoor, winter sports, cycle and running markets to help inform the potential of each brand. With very little market data available, Pragma custom built market models, to provide LGV Capital with detailed information specific to each brand and target market segment.
We also provided an understanding of the complex relationship and cross-over between the different markets and the potential business leverage that the cross-over provides.
Operational Due Diligence Highlights:
A key component of Pragma's operational review was the construction of a bespoke roll-out model based on macro and micro performance drivers, sophisticated modelling techniques and the application of expert knowledge.
This informed LGV Capital on the roll-out potential of the business and highlighted additional upside. By working closely with Snow+Rock's management team, we were able to analyse the complexities of the different buying, merchandising and marketing strategies and evaluate the potential of the current operational mechanics to support the proposed business plan.
