Task:
To help Beales with the successful transition of ownership and operation of 19 department stores from the Anglia Co-operative Society.

What we did:
We worked with the management team to define the objectives of the integration and translate these objectives into plans with defined KPIs, measurables, deliverables, milestones and dependencies.

Pragma then assisted Beales with its 100 Day planning process.

Result:

Pragma helped Beales ensure that the financial benefits of the deal are realised, including a detailed analysis and understanding of combined store operations. This ensured maximum advantage is taken to consolidate supply chains and negotiate better margins based on increased volumes.
