Pre- and Post-Acquisition Planning (100 Day Planning)

Today's challenging trading conditions means that there is a greater need to focus on improving results from day one for any new acquisition.

Pragma works with management teams to design and deliver practical 100 Day Plans which will ensure the financial benefits envisaged by a deal are fully realised.

Our specialist retail and consumer teams will:
  • Work with clients prior to acquisition to determine actions that need to be undertaken prior to day one to ensure smooth transfer of ownership and operations
  • Facilitate workshops with management teams to ensure buy-in to the process
  • Capture and evaluate quick wins and improvement ideas
  • Determine KPIs, objectives and methodology for ongoing progress reporting of the 100 Day Planning process
