Princes Square Case Study

Pragma identifies tenant user profiles to inform new strategy

Client:
Redevco (and previously IOG Teesland)

Location:
Glasgow, UK

Reporting level:
Investment and Development Director

Task:
To determine the requirements of users and non-users for future tenant mix positioning.

What we did:
  • Customer exit surveys
  • Customer and non-customer focus groups
  • Competitor positioning audits
Results:
This project is still underway. We have clearly identified current user profiles and behaviour at the centre, and have established reasons for non-use.

Our work is helping Redevco to put in place a new tenant mix strategy and is also feeding in to marketing and advertising strategy.

Did you know?

Golf was banned in Scotland from 1457 to 1502 by the Scots Parliament of James II.

This was to ensure citizens wouldn't waste time when preparing for an English invasion and maintained their skills in archery.
