Covent Garden Case Study

Pragma helped Covent Garden Market to better understand their customers

Client:
Scottish Widows and Henderson Global Investors

Reporting level:
Investment and Development Director

Task:
To better understand the key drivers of visiting Covent Garden

What we did:

Pragma conducted a programme of customer research including street interviews (with both qualitative and quantitative elements), footfall tracking and examination of customer flows to help the owners understand visiting patterns, customer segments and gaps in the retailing offer.

Results:
The results gave the owners a much better understanding of their customers which helped them tailor the retailing offer for the market.
