The Owners of Burlington Arcade

Task:      
Pragma were approached by Burlington Arcade's owners, prior to the development of a new marketing campaign, and asked to identify the Arcade's core customer segments and research their associated behaviour.

What we did:       
A series of exit interviews and interviews in locations where Burlington Arcade shoppers frequented.

Results:     
The results gave the owners a focus to their marketing strategy and advice on the most suitable tenant mix for the Arcade.
