Forecasting and Feasibility

Our expertise in business plan modelling and forecasting breaks down into two key areas:
  • Footfall and Space Requirements
  • Financial Forecasts and ROI Models
We use our understanding of the market and target customer behaviour to develop detailed models that help our clients (and our planning and design team) to understand the amount of commercial space that would be supportable within a development, split by main retail categories.

Once the retail masterplan is in place we then use a mixture of research, market analysis and experience to forecast the potential levels of turnover and rental income that can be generated by a particular scheme, enabling clients to understand the potential for returns on investment and payback periods.

We offer the following Forecasting and Feasibility services:
  • Required Space Allocation Modelling
  • Financial / Income Forecasting and sensitivity testing
  • ROI Estimates
  • Feasibility Studies
  • Retail / Leisure Masterplanning
  • Market Demand and Supply Analysis
  • Commercial Due Diligence
  • Retail Operations Improvement
  • Retail Mix Strategy
