Pragma provides customer insight for major development in Saudi Arabia

Client:
Sama Dubai

Task:
To define the merchandise mix concept for a prestigious mixed use development

What we did:

  • Market sizing, current provision of retail/entertainment, gap analysis
  • Understanding the commercial requirements of Jeddah shoppers, and attitudes to international brands
  • Modelling of likely footfall to the commercial elements of Dubai Towers Jeddah, including calculation of target rental income.

Result:
Our work has fed directly into the commercial strategy for Dubai Towers Jeddah

As a result of our work, Sama Dubai will be opening one of the largest female-only spas in Saudi Arabia
