Task:
To understand and assess the appeal of the Castlepoint development to primary, secondary and tertiary catchments.

What we did:
  • Qualitative research in each of the three catchment areas
  • Determined current usage of retailing in the area and its image
  • Current and anticipated usage of Castlepoint and its image
  • Assessed preferred future retailing and f&b positioning and reactions to Castlepoint scheme

Result:
Pragma identified the key areas of concern to be addressed and informed catchment communication requirements, as well as creating confidence in the scheme's potential success.
