Aéroport Toulouse Blagnac proposed building a new Hall 3 and Satellite in two phases as well as a new Hall 0. Our work involved the commercialisation of all the landside and airside areas and in particular an airside shopping centre through which the majority of all passengers will pass and a new landside atrium commercial area for terminal visitors and staff.

What we did:

• Developed a financial model based on segmentation, flow patterns, passenger forecasts and broad merchandise category mix
• Identifed space requirements, turnover achievable and rental contribution
• Advised on commercialiastion of airside and landside areas

Result:

We were able to maximise passenger flow past all shops in the airport,a key requirement to maximizing commercial revenues.
