Task:

Determine the optimum layout of the commercial offer in the newly developed Terminal 3

What we did:
Pragma conducted a full analysis of potential passengers and their retail and food and beverage requirements. 

Pragma identified that there is a high prevalence of large family groups dropping off passengers and having a meal with them before travel commences, hence consideration had to be given to incorporating a suitable amount of food and beverage facilities within the landside offer.

Result:
Pragma's work allowed the airport management to identify the best planning option in order to maximise non-aeronautical commercial revenues. The terminal is currently under construction.
