What we did:
Pragma conducted an in-depth review of the retail facilities in the international terminal including:

• Analysis of all available passenger data
• An audit of the retail and catering facilities
• Passenger tracking exercises
• Analysis of trading data
• Benchmarking of commercial performance

Having collected and reviewed the appropriate data, Pragma evaluated the commercial performance, developed a passenger flow and spend opportunity model, created a benchmark trading model and evaluated the utilisation of commercial space.

Result:
Pragma provided the commercial team at the airport with a series of recommendations for potential improvements to the existing retail space and commercial offer, including signage and wayfinding, space and tenant mix optimisation, and layout configuration.
