Task:

To develop a revenue plan and terminal configuration for the new terminal extension

What we did:

• Analyse passenger forecasts and current retail performance
• Analye potential retail spend, turnover and rent potential
• Segmented customers and revenue flows
• Evaluated and modelled options in terms of passenger flows, aviation operations, quantity and quality of retail space and revenue potential

Result:

Three possible development options were evaluated and modelled and the most attractive option was based around extending the initial design to include a purpose-built airside shopping mall with improved baggage handling, more focused landside commercial facilities, and enhanced passenger service system.
