Task:

Evaluate and model the growth potential of the World Duty Free portfolio across seven airports and assess the key drivers and impactors on the market for Duty Free products. This included validating likely passenger projections and incorporate the findings into an investment model.

What we did:

We used our unique expertise in this area to carefully analyse the business plan, highlight areas of concern or potential improvement, and model each effect through to EBITDA to allow an informed evaluation of the key investment risks.

Result:

Our client withdrew as our commercial due diligence highlighted the need for longer concession period under the client's investment criteria.
