Stephen Walsh is Pragma's Regional Director for the Middle East, and is based in Dubai. Stephen has extensive worldwide experience in the commercialisation and retail development of shopping centres and mixed-use developments.

Stephen's specialisation is in identifying, conceptualising and planning focused retailing, food & beverage, leisure, entertainment and retail services space, leading to the development of detailed master planning criteria and marketing strategies for commercial developments.
