Pragma supports TA Associates' acquisition of Cath Kidston

Pragma has recently worked with TA Associates, the global private equity firm, in its acquisition of a majority stake in Cath Kidston - the distinctive British lifestyle brand best known for its witty vintage inspired prints and wide array of household and fashion products.

Pragma's commercial due diligence  work included original research to evaluate the appeal of the Cath Kidston concept to UK and Japanese consumers. Pragma evaluated the strength of the Cath Kidston brand and its awareness and penetration among consumers.  Pragma also provided an assessment of Cath Kidston's growth potential.
