Pragma help NHS South West Essex with Stakeholder Perception Mapping

1st November 2009

Pragma have been recently helping PCTs such as NHS South West Essex to better understand what has been influencing the scores that they received in the last WCC assessment. Our research provides feedback to PCTs from a variety of stakeholders - from faith groups to local MPs.

We identified several areas which affect a PCT's reputation and which could negatively impact healthcare provision in the local area. We then show the PCT how communications and working practices can be tailored to the different stakeholder groups.

You can download a pdf (see right for `Related Links') which highlights our services.

"Pragma's insight showed us how we needed to address stakeholders' perceptions both through internal changes in the way that we work and externally through our communications with different stakeholders. We are now prioritising our actions according to the most important issues which Pragma highlighted".
